Sometimes we just get to have fun. A few evenings back Hannah met Gabby up on the square in Georgetown and we explored the landscape and photographed everywhere. We created a ton of amazing portraits of this high school senior in a slew of cool scenes. Wow, what a blast! Hannah and I certainly approach these things from different perspectives, and the family seemed to really enjoy that and respond well to our wrangling over who got to set up and shoot the next photograph (-:
We came away with a wonderful collection of portraits commemorating the milestone. Here are a few of my personal favorites. The first one has this cool yellow light streak along the wall behind her; that’s the light from a car parked in the alley with it’s headlights on. I just love that little blend of color and texture!

Way cool, guys. I’m viewing this with a new iPad app called Flipboard and the photos are excellent.
