I'm Bill Ledbetter and I’m a wedding and family photographer living in Leander, Texas. In 2007 I left my 26-year career in the design engineering and semiconductor industry to pursue photography as a more creative expression of my passions. I have done many things over the years, but I have been photographing since the early 1980’s when I got my first 35mm SLR camera. I have always enjoyed the preservation of moments in time, and now with digital imagery we can capture, manipulate and output outstanding creations of beauty with such variety and creativity. I love the possibilities.

I spend most of my photographic energies on families, kids, weddings and events, but I also shoot other things. Hopefully you can see what drives me in photography through my photographs and the words around them here. If you have thoughts or comments on what you see, please let me know!

I have been an affiliate photographer with the non-profit organization Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep since 2015.
